1 Order Processing
All orders placed on izanshop.com are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 12 hours of payment confirmation (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email/message with tracking details once your order ships
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Other Festivals etc.) processing may take up to 24 hours

3 Shipping Partners
We work with trusted, FSSAI-compliant courier partners/aggregators to ensure your nutraceuticals are handled safely and delivered on time:
- Delhivery — Primary pan-India partner
- Blue Dart — Express delivery for metro cities
- DTDC — Tier-2 and tier-3 coverage
- India Post — Remote and rural pin codes
All products are packaged in tamper-proof, temperature-stable packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
4 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS/Chat Message and or Email with your tracking number and courier partner details
- A tracking link to monitor real-time delivery status
- WhatsApp delivery notifications (if opted in during checkout)

5 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. In case of a failed delivery:
- You will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp, Email after each failed attempt
- You may reschedule delivery or arrange for self-pickup from the nearest courier hub
- If all 3 attempts fail, the package is returned to our fulfillment center
- Re-shipping charges of ₹60 will apply for re-dispatching returned packages
📞 Tip: Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate at the time of placing your order. This significantly reduces failed delivery instances.
6 International Shipping
Currently, IzanShop ships within India only. We are actively working on expanding to international markets including the Gulf Countries, Central Asian and African Countries etc.
