1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased directly from izanshop.com
  • Return request raised within 14Β days of delivery date
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (seal intact)
  • Original invoice or order confirmation is available

⚠️ Please Note: Due to the nature of health and wellness products, opened or partially consumed items are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or spoiled.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Products with tampered, removed, or damaged FSSAI labels or batch codes
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Orders placed under special promotional discounts exceeding 50% off (unless defective)

3 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@izanshop.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. We arrange a free pickup from your registered delivery address
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund is processed

Refund timelines begin from the day we receive and inspect your returned product. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize and will resolve it immediately:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
  • We will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost within 2–3 business days
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  • Return shipping for defective items is entirely our responsibility

6 Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for the following situations only:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Incorrect quantity shipped

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, flavor/variant preferences, or post-purchase price differences. For all other concerns, please initiate a return and place a fresh order.
